West London Pub Wedding: Susie & Tim
When Tim and Susie suggested I meet them for the first time at the pub a couple of days before their wedding, I knew we'd get on brilliantly!
These guys love their music, and asked to forgo the usual getting ready shots so I could instead stay late and focus on the party, which featured no less than two bands and a DJ - can't argue with that!
Ealing Town Hall hosted the ceremony itself, after which the guests and I headed to The Princess Victoria pub by vintage double decker bus (the bride and groom were chauffeured separately in a super-handsome classic Cortina). An unseasonably sunny November afternoon was whiled away with lots of food and laughter in the company of friends and family, before The Music Dept kicked things up a notch with an incredible playlist of classics old and new. I didn't think anyone would be able to follow that up, but Irish band The Monday Club stepped up to the plate (and nearly brought the house down) with an absolutely stonking set. Special mention goes out to Tim's incredible dance moves!
